137reward for consistent borrowers

In full force, despite the outbreak of the pandemic, the reward programs for consistent borrowers, announced by the banks last year, remain.

These programs, designed to encourage a culture of payment, take on new necessity and importance today in the midst of a health crisis.

Priority is given to consistent borrowers as well as those participating in the bridge program

In more detail, the benefits provided by Bank are:

National Bank

  • Credit to the accounts of "green" borrowers the amount corresponding to the 5% reward on the interest paid for 2020.

Applies to borrowers whose loan was disbursed at least five years ago and are aware of this period.

Piraeus Bank

  • Refund of an amount of money, which is equivalent to a 0.10% reduction in the mortgage interest rate. The amount is credited to the deposit account of the beneficiaries in January of each year and refers to the previous year.
  • Reward with one yellow for each euro of the monthly installment, which is paid on a monthly basis.
  • Offer of a preferential repair loan with the lowest interest rate on the market - one month Euribor plus a margin of 1.50% -, for home renovation, as most loans were given approximately 10 to 15 years ago.

The program concerns those who received a housing loan until 31/12/2014 and in the last five years do not show any delays in the payment of debts from credit products of any kind, which they have received from the bank.

Eurobank

  • It is possible for "green" customers to skip the December installment of their mortgage every year, postponing the repayment to the following installments, upon their request to the bank.
  • A discount of up to 50% is given on the interest rate of their credit card purchases , as long as they stay current on their loan obligations. The discount is valid for both existing and new credit card holders.

Eligible for the rewards program are informed, consistent, borrowers who have had a home loan for at least five years.

Program – bridge: Priority to the consistent

Finally, it is worth noting that priority will be given to borrowers who, despite the 10-year financial crisis and the recent pandemic, remained consistent in their obligations, estimating that seven out of 10 eligible for the subsidy from the bridge program will be "green". .
